Speeding Ticket Court Trial Questions

If you are like me, you never just pay your speeding ticket and put up with points on your license, higher insurance rates, and the stress/anger associated with an unplanned expense.  You fight it!  Like you should.

When I was 17, I got my first speeding ticket and was SO pissed off at the cop.  I wanted to fight it and win.  I went to the court room with a full explanation of everything that happened and why I WAS RIGHT.

To my disappointment, the judge couldn’t have cared less what I had to say.  The cop had a smug look on his face when he saw me trying to make a case.  My heart sank when the judge told me I had to pay the ticket, deal with the points on my license and all the work I had put into my defense meant nothing.

The truth is, there are specific questions that you can ask during your trial that will FORCE the judge to say “Case Dismissed”.  To find out what these questions are and to get an exact script, you just need to buy Case Dismissed—an e-book that will show you exactly what questions to ask the judge that will force him to let you off the hook.

Whenever I use this method, I simply read the script and respond to any question according to what the Case Dismissed author says.  I’ve used these methods so often in Pinellas County Florida that the judge practically knows me by name and knows that no matter what the police officer says I am going to get my case dismissed.  It’s become quite comical.

You may think you know what to say in court, but you will be surprised to find out that many of these “tricks” are not effective (or they only work in some cases or some jurisdictions).  Case Dismissed goes over all of these, explains when/where they don’t work and it shows you EXACTLY what to say to get you out of paying your ticket.

Here are some of the things that DON’T work (or only work sometimes):

“Judge there’s a mistake on the ticket.” There’s rumor that if there’s a mistake on your ticket, you will get out of it.  This simply isn’t true.  Most judges will say, “Oh come on, you can’t use that excuse.” And they’ll make you feel like an idiot for even trying to mention it.  Buy Case Dismissed to find out how to make the judge feel like an idiot and force him to say “Case dismissed”.

“The police officer didn’t show up.”  Yeah right.  This is the oldest trick in the book.  When I was a novice speeder, I tried using this one and the judge simply scheduled another court date.  Then, when I missed that court date, I was automatically guilty.  That doesn’t sound fair does it?  This method simply doesn’t work anymore.  Find out what works in Case Dismissed.

“I was clocked with radar!”  This is a more popular defense.  The truth is that it will only work in some states and that you will need to provide specific records of previous cases (as precedence) in order for this method to work.  Case Dismissed provides all of these so you can try this defense.  Plus, if it doesn’t work Case Dismissed, tells you exactly what to say that will get your ticket dismissed 100% of the time!

Don’t wait any longer.  Getting Case Dismissed is a no-brainer.  It will save you thousands of dollar over your life.  Never pay a speeding ticket again!  Get it now!
